Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

In lieu of my regular blog post this week, I wanted to take this opportunity to post a note of appreciation to all who have graciously visited my website, read my blog posts, purchased my book and/or given it as a gift, and provided encouraging comments over the past few months. Your support has meant a great deal to me and I am extremely grateful for it.

Some of you may know that this past year has been a turning point in my life, as I stopped flirting with the idea of publishing a book actually made it happen (thanks in no small part to my daughter, Naseem, who gave me a much needed swift kick in the pants, and provided relentless support and leadership in making this dream come true). I feel very fortunate to have accomplished this goal that I had set a long time ago, and my intention in publishing my weekly blog posts and sharing other resources on social media is to compel you to act on what it takes to design and live an extraordinary life. I’m not suggesting you are not living an extraordinary life already and, in fact, to be totally transparent, my greatest struggle with the idea of sharing my thoughts on life and leadership via such a widespread medium has been that it may somehow imply that I think I have the answers and that you need my “words of wisdom.” That said, I am committed to continue to share ideas and thoughts regularly in 2016, hoping they make a difference for my readers, even if the message is only received by just a few people. As always, I would love to hear from you and learn about your experiences and perspective on the topics I write about, so please feel free to leave comments or get in contact.

I wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season and I hope that this will be a time of rest, relaxation, reflection, restoration, and rejuvenation for you, and that you have an abundance of health, happiness, and fulfillment in the new year. May you Boldly Declare, Courageously Pursue, and Abundantly Achieve the Extraordinary!

See you in the new year!
Best,
Amir
