About this Episode:

In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with leadership coach and speaker, Margaret Alabi about what it takes to transform our workplace experience and results, starting with ourselves and the energy we bring into the interactions we have everyday. Margaret discusses what she calls the Cycle of Change and the impacts that stress has on us and those around us, and how we can overcome our automatic responses and be intentional about how we show up and the impact we make as leaders.

Margaret Alabi, Pharm.D., is an industry pharmacist and leadership coach who serves as the CEO and co-founder of The Pivot Consulting Group (TPCG). Margaret believes that the right level of awareness is not only essential for one to move from potential to purpose, but vital for the enjoyment of all life’s wonderful teachable moments. She sees every situation as an opportunity to grow and gets the most joy from pursuing her passion of equipping others to reach their career and life goals.

As a coaching professional, Margaret guides people from where they are, to where they want to be without compromising their authenticity. She primarily works with mid-career professionals and executives to help them up-level their success and transform their current goals into their next achievements. Some of her clients include executives from Wells Fargo, Genetech, Eli Lilly, GE Digital and Novelis. Margaret’s dynamic leadership coaching helps the individual show up as their best self no matter what situation they find themselves in.

In addition to coaching, speaking and training for TPCG, she currently serves as the Director for US Immunology Patient Advocacy at UCB Inc., where she partners with patient advocates and her colleagues to create innovative healthcare solutions that improve the lives of patients living with severe conditions.

Margaret has also been recognized for her work in the pharmaceutical industry and the community, awarded Junior League of Atlanta Provisional of the Year and spotlighted as a Hidden Gem in the VoyageATL.
