About this Episode:

In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with entrepreneur and high performance coach, Eric Partaker, about how we can master the three domains of leadership by developing routines and habits that help us step into our highest identity, become more productive, and go beyond resilience into antifragility. In our conversation, Eric shares specific and actionable tips from his book, The Three Alarms, that we can all apply immediately to transform our lives professionally, and personally.

As a Peak Performance Expert, Eric Partaker helps CEOs and entrepreneurs scale-up themselves and their companies, while also improving their well-being. Within his approach he draws from his time advising Fortune 50 CEOs at McKinsey, his experience helping build up Skype’s multi-billion dollar success story, and his own entrepreneurial journeys – together with behavioral science from Stanford University, as well as techniques from the worlds of elite sport and the military, areas where peak performance is key.

Eric has worked with and led high-performing teams at McKinsey & Company, Skype, and Chilango. He is one of 300 people worldwide certified as a High Performance Coach, by the High Performance Institute. Over the last 20 years he has studied and modeled the traits and habits of the world's most successful people, in order to help his teams and clients break through their barriers and reach their highest potential, in both their work and life.

Eric has been named UK “CEO of the Year” at the 2019 Business Excellence Awards, one of the “Top 30 Entrepreneurs in the UK”, 35 and under, by Startups Magazine, and among “Britain’s Most Disruptive Entrepreneurs” by The Telegraph. His work has been featured on over 7 major TV stations, in the Wall Street Journal, and The Economist. He has also appeared as a guest judge on The Apprentice with Lord Alan Sugar.
