Zivkovich’s clients include businesses across industries, including high tech, higher education, retail, private equity, CPG, real estate and healthcare. She has been featured and has spoken at companies and organizations such as Entrepreneur’s Organization, Music Business Association, C4 Events, SONY/ATV, Lonestar College and more. Prior to founding Werq, Ilana served as a C-level executive in national behavioral health care organizations and consulted with CEO’s across industries, where she had a proven track record of simultaneously improving patient outcomes while increasing the bottom line. Along with being a Certified Executive Coach and Genos practitioner, Ilana is also a seasoned keynote speaker with topics on leadership, emotional intelligence, and performance. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, serves on multiple non-profit boards and councils, and is also a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
