Do the assessments need to be done as a team effort or can I get them done individually?

The assessments listed can all be done individually. There is added benefit if your team goes through the experience together and is able to relate to the distinctions of the assessments as a community.

Do you have a standard set of leadership training classes that you use for everyone or does it depend on my level of experience?

While we have a suite of offerings that Amir has delivered over the years, we will work with you to make sure that you are in the right sessions that suit you and where you are in your leadership development journey.

Do I get to interact with Amir directly if I sign up for a membership at On The Court?

Absolutely! We have regular live group coaching sessions, and Amir is very diligent in responding to every question that is posed to him and interacting with the posts and comments on the platform.

What if the specific topics I am interested in learning about are not available at On The Court?

While we are confident that you will find the relevant topics on the platform, Amir is always open to suggestions from our members and he has held live sessions and made videos and other resources available based on the requests he receives.

Are the live sessions geared at specific levels of the organization or will I be in a session with people from other levels?

It depends on the topic. When it comes to leadership transformation and discovering your own potential and how to leadership mindset, the same message resonates with everyone in a mixed group. However, when it comes to specific skills and tools, we offer targeted sessions and content, specifically designed for where you are on your leadership development journey.
