About this Episode:

In this episode of The Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with Theresa Baretta about what it takes for business owners to create the right culture and install the right systems and processes to ensure that their business doesn't own them. Theresa shares with us some of the specific techniques that she has used herself to grow a business from $8M in revenue to over $50M, among many other tips and tricks. Although centered on business owners, the insights that Theresa shares are relevant to leaders of all kinds.

Theresa Truong Baretta is an Operations Coachsultant™ and Client Experience expert extraordinaire with a knack for all things “left-brained”, including organizing, strategizing, and systemizing, make her an ideal fit for her “right-brained” creative CEO clients.

Theresa launched Loop Link with a focus on local community, originally serving clients in construction, the trades, and contractors. She wanted the flexibility to spend time with her family, and the freedom to serve in her passion: creating, designing and refining systems for other types of companies. Throughout her 18+ years experience, Theresa has worked with creative consultants and strategists to streamline and systemize their online operations to run the right way with or without their direct involvement.
