About this Episode:

In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with CEO and consultant, Marie Mathiesen, about a transformative way to accelerate the process of surfacing questions and providing answers in order to create collaboration and facilitate organizational change across boundaries. Marie shares with us the background on how she and her co-founder came up with Qvest.io and how they have been helping organizations close the gap between strategies and implementation and develop a heightened sense of the power of questions to ensure alignment.

Marie Mathiesen is CEO and co-founder of Qvest.io - a tech startup in Copenhagen Denmark. Qvest is a digital tool that helps leaders secure employee buy-in for a company’s most important strategic initiatives. Qvest is built on philosophical research showing that for human beings to reach important goals together, they must ask each other questions.

Marie and her team work with purpose-driven legacy organizations all over the world helping them reach their goals faster and more efficient way.  Marie holds literature degrees from UC Berkeley and UPenn, plus a PhD in business from Copenhagen Business School. An odd, but winning combination (at least if you ask Marie).

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Marie has worked in many different settings spanning from public radio to business development in a biotech multinational. Marie lives in Copenhagen with her husband and their two children.
