About this Episode:

In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with author, coach, and stress reduction expert, Corey Jahnke, about the simple steps that we can take to create fulfilling and successful lives, both personally and professionally, by creating the right culture both in and outside of our workplaces.

In our conversation, Corey and I discuss the simple steps that we can all take to create the right culture in our workplaces and transform how we serve our customers. Corey talks to us about his book, The Successful Thinker, which reads like a novel but is based on his own experiences and is full of tips and practical steps one can take to live a fulfilling life and succeed in business. We also touch on the importance of self-care and how we as leaders can do better at taking care of ourselves so we can take care of those we care about.

A community pharmacist for 30 years, Corey Jahnke made his business about asking questions instead of telling people what to do. As a result, he learned that some people are out there living their best life, while others, lots of others, are quietly and desperately just getting by. Corey’s life mission is to take what he has learned from those who are crushing their dreams and goals and share their secrets with those who have gotten crushed in pursuit of the life they had wanted to live.

Let’s face it, in the 21st Century, everything rises and falls on leadership and our ability to motivate and inspire our teams to peak performance. Corey brings a one-of-a-kind approach to driving employee engagement and customer appreciation scores to unheard of levels.

His unique programs will not only get you and your organization focused and fired up, he will generate amazing levels of excitement, optimism, and enthusiasm throughout your company that will last for years to come. Corey has dedicated his life to making sure that others don’t have to struggle as he did with the modern professional’s most difficult issues: Leadership Fatigue, Professional Burnout, and Emotional Exhaustion. With his help, you no longer have to let these villains win!
