Céline Williams, ACC, the founder of reVisionary, is an executive coach, culture strategist, and expert in leadership development for the 21st century workplace. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where she is still actively involved as a mentor. She also completed her advanced corporate coach training at Coach U, one of the world’s preeminent coaching schools.

Céline has over 15 years experience working with growing organizations to help them navigate change and build leadership capacity; she is a trusted advisor to leaders and executives in a variety of industries. She is sought after for her expertise in accelerating performance, designing culture, improving emotional intelligence, and facilitating effective communication. Her innovative approach is an ideal mix of empathy, energy and edge - challenging her client’s beliefs and assumptions so they can take the powerful actions required to realize immediate success.

Céline is a guest lecturer for the MBA program at the Schulich School of Business, has taught University of Toronto graduate students how to improve their presentation skills, and spoken on expert panels around Diversity and Inclusion and Leadership for Ryerson University. Céline is also an international speaker who presents regularly on culture, leadership, failure, and remote work.
