About this Episode:

In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with author, speaker, and high performance coach, Siimon Reynolds, about strategies, habits, and tips that we can all use to develop productivity and discipline in all areas of our personal and professional lives. Siimon is an award-winning Australian advertising entrepreneur, C-Suite business coach, and expert on personal and business achievement. His latest book is Win Fast, and it is packed full with action-ready tips and strategies on topics such as productivity, discipline, and marketing, no matter which page you turn to.

Siimon's latest book, which I highly recommend, is a go-to manual for today’s busy, on-the-go achiever that offers short, digestible chapters packed with actionable strategies and zero fluff. The structure and accessibility of his book almost reminds me of the approach that I went with in my own, with the resulting effect of making the advice and strategies within as immediately applicable as possible to any and all readers. I personally found the tips and strategies and habits that Siimon offered, both in his book and our conversation, to be highly effective and yet simple enough to put in action without hesitation. So, I can’t recommend his book and his work highly enough, and be sure not to miss our conversation!

Some topics discussed in this episode include:

  • The key strategies for high performance and productivity, in business and in life, from Siimon’s book.

  • Why establishing a Two Hour workday can end up with getting more done in less time.

  • The importance of weekly “Admin Time“ to stay organized and ahead of the minutiae that often distracts us, both physically and mentally.

  • Why having an “in-between” list will actually help you cross more things off of our to-do lists.

  • The importance of developing our own personal “operating system.“

  • And much, much more…

Siimon Reynolds is a leading expert on high performance, in business and life, with more than 50 awards for excellence to his name, and a 30-year career owning and running numerous successful companies. Founding his first company at just twenty-three years old, he went on to build the fifteenth biggest marketing services group in the world, consisting of 54 companies in 14 countries employing over 6000 staff! He now mentors entrepreneurs and CEOs from all over the world and has coached more than 1000 high achievers, including leading celebrities, centi-millionaires, and billionaires! The recipient of numerous business awards, he received the silver medal for best business success book at the US Axiom Business Book Awards and was a CEO READ Book Award finalist. A regular speaker on the corporate circuit, he has been featured on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, 60 Minutes, Australia’s original version of Shark Tank (Dragon’s Den), countless print publications, and radio shows.
