About this Episode:
As I mention in my book, the key to freedom and breakthroughs in our relationships, both personal and professional, is almost always contained within the conversations we are avoiding. Although I have discussed the tremendous power of having these conversations in my book and in my talks and sessions, I have said very little about it here on the site. With that realization, I decided to record this podcast episode to rectify that situation, allowing my regular readers and listeners to gain access to the transformative potential that comes from having those conversations that you've been avoiding, as well as understanding the steps involved in doing so successfully.
