Monroe Coulter, an Organizational Development and Culture Change Specialist, has over 30 years of experience improving teams through his tenure with Procter & Gamble, at multiple manufacturing plants and at their Cincinnati Corporate Headquarters. His strong belief that all people desire to be successful and truly appreciate help drives his passion for guiding others in their leadership development journeys both personally and professionally. Active listening, extending respect, and acting with integrity are tenets that Monroe prides himself in practicing when forming bonds of mutual trust and understanding with his clients. 

Monroe has facilitated workshops on Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Team Building, and creating High Performance Work Systems, in addition to other topics across a broad spectrum of culturally diverse individuals and businesses. In addition to his work at Procter & Gamble, Monroe held roles at M&M Mars Candy Company and at Sears. Prior to his corporate career, he enjoyed owning a successful DJ business for 13 years. He has lived and worked in 7 states, in the District of Columbia, and currently resides in southern California.
