About this Episode:

In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with leadership expert, Robert “Bo“ Brabo, about strategies to help people create systems in life or at work that lead them to a higher level of performance and mission accomplishment. For Robert, any strategy or plan is nothing if it can't be executed, thus his moniker, "The Executioner." He takes his audiences, readers, clients beyond the plan to the world of “getting s**t done.”

Robert "Bo" Brabo has worked as the Chief of HR Operations with the White House Communications Agency and as a Presidential Communications Officer for President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama, as well as in several executive positions in the medical industry. Throughout his career, Bo has always focused on the people, helping them tackle their challenges as if they were his own. Today Bo is an inspirational keynote speaker, leadership coach, and CEO / Founder of Hail Media Group Ltd & The Brabo Center of Excellence. He previously co-founded a consulting agency that assisted government contractors in HR strategies and contract proposal efforts.

Bo is also the author of the book, From the Battlefield, to the White House, to the Boardroom, and co-hosts "The Bo & Luke Show" podcast. Bo received his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and is committed to lifelong learning and sharing to make us all stronger.
