10 Questions to Get Yourself Unblocked and Unbound (PDF)

It happens to the best of us. From time to time, we feel stuck and our strength to move forward depends on the level of clarity we have about the causes and potential effects of our current circumstances. That clarity doesn’t always come, and so we aren’t always sure what to do next. Dwelling on potential causes of the setbacks we experience generates regret about our own actions and/or resentment toward others. Letting our imagination get the best of us relative to all the bad things that are going to possibly happen creates worry and fear. And trying to let the past go or trying not to worry, although well-intentioned, does not carry the day unless we find a way to gain clarity and look at our current circumstances through an objective lens.

Takeaways:

  1. A repeatable process that will help you get unstuck in any situation that calls for you to be at your best.

  2. Ten questions you can ask yourself and how to use the answers to restore your power, even in the most unfavorable circumstances.

  3. A series of questions and a coaching methodology you can use to help others who are stuck become unstuck.

The Causes and Cures for the Top Three Organizational Challenges in Supply Chain (PDF)

The indications of ineffective cultures that fail to produce the intended outcomes frequently become apparent through the following signs:

  1. Team members lack initiative and accountability

  2. Team members operate in silos instead of collaborating to achieve the best outcomes

  3. Those in leadership positions lack the necessary skills and mindset to lead effectively

During this session, participants will become acquainted with the underlying reasons behind these issues and their corresponding solutions. They will also have the opportunity to discuss with fellow participants the measures they are adopting to prevent or resolve these challenges

 FREE DISCOVERY CALL

During this complimentary 25-minute call, we’ll get acquainted as I seek to understand your unique situation, challenges, and objectives. During our conversation, I’ll share practical ideas and insights that I believe would be helpful to your situation and we can jointly determine whether The Ghannad Group can support you going forward. Please note that this isn’t a sales call and there is no obligation; it’s just a conversation in which I offer my perspective on any questions or concerns you may have relative to your situation. My only goal is for you to leave the call with greater clarity on the next steps you can take to transform your culture, results, and morale.

Of course, if you’d prefer to correspond through email, you can also send me a message at amir@theghannadgroup.com. I’d love to hear from you.
