Prior to founding Werq, Ilana served as a C-level executive in national behavioral health care organizations and consulted with CEO’s across industries, where she had a proven track record of simultaneously improving patient outcomes while increasing the bottom line. Along with being a Certified Executive Coach and Genos practitioner, Ilana is also a seasoned keynote speaker with topics on leadership, emotional intelligence, and performance. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, serves on multiple non-profit boards and councils, and is also a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
