About this Episode:
In this episode of the Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m happy to bring you a conversation with entrepreneurship expert, Liz Goddard, about how leaders can create an extraordinary culture and fully engage team members in a remote work environment. Liz shares various aspects of what it takes to weather the storms as a small business, including leveraging a flexible workforce without losing the benefits of having a team of permanent, full-time employees.
Liz Goddard is the co-Founder of Bosun Solutions. From inheriting her first business at the age of 19, and losing it in the 2008 recession, to taking her remote fractional staffing company to $1M with two years, Liz's mission is to give the small business owner a nimble and profitable business in ANY economy.
Liz left her corporate job as a HR Director about 3.5 years ago and co-founded Bosun Solutions with her best friend Nicole. Taking their entrepreneurial experience and passion for helping small businesses, they built a team of virtual experts to assist with an array of support tasks for various industries.
