About this Episode:

In this episode of The Transformative Leader Podcast, I’m speaking with internationally recognized business success coach and author, David Neagle. A former high school dropout, David survived a harrowing near-death experience as a minimum wage forklift driver and came out on the other side completely liberated. Right then, he decided that he was going to begin the journey to transform his life, and transform it he did!

Through the power of mindset work, he incrementally and systematically increased his income, success, and fulfillment, and eventually became a multimillion-dollar business owner, as well as a coach to thousands of others out to achieve the same. What is unique about David’s approach is that he understands that the true key to success lies within and guides clients through the holistic concepts undergirding prosperity in business and in life. David works with clients to transform their mindset, recognize the ways in which they are being held back by themselves or society’s “programming,“ and unlock their innate potential to be achieve ultimate prosperity. This was a great conversation with a powerhouse guest, and anyone who wants to understand the deep truths behind success and fulfillment should not miss it!

In our conversation, we discuss David’s inspirational story and how he came to be where he is today. David describes how just 3 small mindset shifts and their results kicked off a seven year journey of studying, learning, and coaching others in the “universal laws“ of success. We talk about David’s mentors, including Tony Robbins and Bob Proctor, the importance of coachability, and the fundamental reason that we self-sabotage when it comes to pursuing success. We discuss David’s holistic concept of the “Law of More Life“ and it’s practical application in both business and personal life. Other topics covered include David’s explanation of what money really is and how understanding this means you will never be broke again, the origins of what we think we know about success and how it leads to self-sabotage and even unethical behavior. Lastly, we discuss his book, The Millions Within, and David sums up the meaning of his “Mindset of Maximum Prosperity.“ David was an awesome guest and I’d love to collaborate with him again in the future. There is a whole lot of wisdom in this episode, so I encourage all my listeners to check it out and share it with others.

David is an internationally recognized success coach, best-selling author of the (highly recommended) The Millions Within and host of The Successful Mind podcast. He’s worked alongside Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, and Mark Victor Hansen and has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs to become 7-figure business owners. He’s been featured in Entrepreneur, CNBC, and more for his business expertise.
