A coaching culture is absolutely essential to delivering and sustaining extraordinary results and creating a fulfilling experience for team members. A culture in which coaching occurs organically, independent of formal programs, thrives in delivering results and cultivating the necessary capabilities to adjust to future challenges.

A necessary component of creating such a coaching culture is the development of coaches who not only have good intentions but the mindset and skills to express those intentions in a way that encourages everyone to seek, provide, and use coaching on a going basis.
