Will the workshops be practical enough for the participants to take away something they can use immediately?
Absolutely! One of the most common compliments that Amir receives is that his workshops are very practical and actionable. He often uses metaphors and stories that make it real for the audience and he invites the participants to interrupt him and ask questions to keep it real.
What methodology do you use to help our team become more effective?
Amir has designed and delivered hundreds of facilitated sessions around the world. Drawing on his knowledge, experience, and the perspective he receives from you during the preparation calls, he assembles a series of facilitated conversations tailored for your team to recognize what is working for them, and where they have an opportunity to take it to the next level.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Amir likes to work with clients over a protracted period of time, introducing them to distinctions and then giving them time to practice what they take away before he introduces new tools and methods. Typically, this involves a series of workshops, facilitated sessions, and coaching activities delivered over the course of a few months, as opposed to a limited "dipping process."
What is the cost of a typical engagement?
Because we serve a wide range of clients with varying needs and budgets, and no two engagements are exactly alike, Amir offers a complimentary, no-obligation discovery call, during which he gathers as much information as he can so he can present you with a few options to consider. If you have specific budgetary limitations, it is best to let Amir know that during the discovery call. That way he can either let you know whether he is able to provide what you are looking for at a cost that fits your budget, or recommend others who can. Does Amir deliver all of the services personally or do you use other facilitators?
The short answer is that you will never have a "bait and switch" experience. Due to the demand for our services, we are in the process of engaging a select few facilitators and associates, who are completely vetted by us and sufficiently trained and qualified to deliver our programs. That said, you will always know before you approve our proposal which parts of the program will be delivered by Amir and which parts will be conducted by our fully qualified facilitators.
